The disassembly site should be near the installation site to facilitate transportation after assembly. Try to avoid working on rainy days.
Count the lamps according to the delivery list. Disassemble and check each part one by one with reference to the packing list and check for damage such as bumps, wear, deformation, and scratches.

Light pole components and wearable accessories (such as solar cell modules, lamp caps, etc.) must be placed with soft cushions and soft to avoid unnecessary damage such as scratches during installation. When the lower light pole assembly is placed, an iron frame must be supported at its upper end to facilitate the installation of the light pole assembly.

2. The light pole part is fully welded as a whole, and the welding is uniform and firm. The welding quality meets the requirements. There are no defects such as cracks, slag inclusions, weld bumps, burn-through, arc craters, wrinkles and interruptions that affect the strength.

3. The allowable deviation of the pole should meet the following specifications: ①The allowable deviation of the length is ±0.5% of the length of the pole; ②The allowable error of the shaft straightness should be less than 1‰; ③The diameter of the shaft cross section, diagonal or opposite side distance The allowable deviation should be ±1%; ④The allowable deviation of the lamp arm elevation angle should be ±1%.
