The harm of stroboscopic effect of electro-optical source
(1) Cause industrial accidents

The fundamental technical countermeasure to eliminate the stroboscopic and stroboscopic effect of the light source is to increase the driving electric power frequency of the driving electric light source to more than 40KHz. Compared with energy-saving lamps, the technical measures to eliminate stroboscopic and stroboscopic effects are to increase the frequency of electronic ballast and AC-DC-AC converter. Scientific calculation and practical application verification: when the conversion frequency of electronic ballast AC-DC-AC (AC-DC-AC) reaches more than 40 kilocycles (kHz) (40 kilocycles are also specified in CE certification). The stroboscopic depth of the energy-saving lamp can be limited to less than 5%. The luminous flux of energy-saving lamp will form a flat and stable effect in human vision, and no longer produce the harm of stroboscopic effect.
Method and evaluation of distinguishing no stroboscopic
First, select a plane under the sun light, and rotate the special detection gyro on the plane. The pattern on the special detection gyro is a multi-channel black-and-white halo. In the whole process of rotation, the pattern on the top does not change with the speed of rotation, but is stable and fixed. This kind of black-and-white, stable and fixed halo pattern and color phenomenon shows that there is no harm of stroboscopic and stroboscopic effect in sunlight.
2. Select a plane in the room, hang a high-pressure mercury lamp and several energy-saving lamps of different manufacturers vertically above, and number the energy-saving lamps. For high pressure mercury lamp and many energy-saving lamps of different brands, independent switch control is implemented.
3. Turn on the high-pressure mercury lamp, and put the special detection gyro under the high-pressure mercury lamp to rotate. Special detection gyro will produce multi-channel rings with different colors, and each ring will show random changes of rotation direction, rotation speed and color with the change of gyro rotation speed. This phenomenon shows that the stroboscopic effect of high pressure mercury lamp is very serious.
4. Turn on the energy saving lamps and rotate the special detection gyro respectively. Special detection gyro pattern, color, will produce the following changes.
A: If the special detection gyro only produces multi-channel black-and-white halo, and the black-and-white halo changes with the rotation speed of the gyro, its rotation direction, rotation speed and color change, and it is stable and fixed, which is similar to the effect under the sun light, indicating that this energy-saving lamp has no stroboscopic and stroboscopic effects.
B: If the special detection gyro produces multi-channel rings with different colors, and each ring will show random changes of rotation direction, rotation speed and color with the change of gyro rotation speed, only the color is lighter. It shows that this energy-saving lamp still produces stroboscopic and stroboscopic effects.
Among the energy-saving lamps that still produce stroboscopic and stroboscopic effects, those with relatively thick color do more harm. For energy saving lamps with relatively light color, stroboscopic and stroboscopic effects are less harmful.
