How to choose the suitable LED lamp for warehouse lighting

In warehouse lighting design, according to the visual requirements, warehouse operation properties and environmental conditions, through the selection and configuration of LED lights, the workspace should have reasonable illumination, color rendering, suitable brightness distribution and comfortable visual environment.

1) Energy saving: Intelligent control of the lighting system, using warehouse dual-way lighting, can turn off one road during the day and open two roads at night;
2) Safety: Lighting fixtures with dust-proof, corrosion-proof and riot-proof properties should be used to ensure the safe operation of the lamps;
3) Long life: Warehouses should not change lamps frequently to avoid the increase of later dimension costs, and choose lamps with long life and high stability.
4) The height of warehouses: the common warehouses are 4-6 meters for low-level warehouses, 6-15 meters for middle-level warehouses, and 15 meters for special high-level warehouses.
5) Shelf height: The shelf height of middle warehouse is 2 meters, while that of middle warehouse is 8 meters.
6) Illumination requirements: in order to clearly identify goods and labels, the minimum brightness to the ground must not be less than 80 lux;
Relatively speaking, as long as the LED products of trustworthy merchants are selected and supplied according to the parameters agreed upon in the contract, there will be little problem.
